This article explains what your Motionprint Ergo license includes, the fair use terms that apply to all plans, how to add seats, and what happens at renewal.
1 What's Covered
All Motionprint Ergo licenses — regardless of tier — include the following features.
Full access to all ergonomic assessments available in your version of Motionprint Ergo
Detailed PDF and Excel report generation with charts, risk scores, and per-frame analysis
Real-time 3D motion visualization with frame-by-frame playback and body risk indicators
Company branding — customize the interface and reports with your logo, company name, and brand color
Offline usage for up to 30 days after activation (see Fair Use Terms)
Read-only mode for 7 days after subscription expiry — view and export existing reports, but new processing is paused until renewed
2 Fair Use Terms
All Motionprint Ergo licenses are subject to fair use conditions that ensure the licensing system remains secure and that each seat represents a genuine user.
Device limits
Each seat entitles one user to activate Motionprint Ergo on up to 2 devices simultaneously — for example, a desktop workstation and a laptop. Activations are tracked by machine fingerprint; switching devices requires deactivating one before activating another.
Offline usage
Once activated, Motionprint Ergo can run without an internet connection for up to 30 days. During this time the app auto-refreshes its license token silently when it detects connectivity. If the token expires without a refresh, a 7-day grace period begins — the app continues to work but shows a warning asking you to connect to the internet. After 37 days offline without a refresh, the app is locked until connectivity is restored and the token is refreshed. Note: this is separate from subscription expiry (see Renewal & Expiry below).
Licenses are issued to a named individual and cannot be transferred between people. However, you can move your license between your own devices at any time by deactivating on one machine and activating on another. If a team member leaves, or if you need to free a device slot on a machine you no longer have access to, contact support@motion-print.com.
3 Adding Seats
To add seats or change your plan tier, contact support@motion-print.com. Seats are added the same business day and your license is updated automatically — you will be notified if a new key is required.
4 Renewal & Expiry
Motionprint Ergo licenses are annual subscriptions.
